Online:
If you would like to place an order, you may use our on-line secure ordering system (24 hours/day, 7 days/week)
By Fax or Mail: If you do not wish to place an order over the internet, you may print the hard copy order form and fax to: 714.543.5535 or mail it with cashier's check or money order (no personal checks will be accepted) to: SwingChick, Inc., 17300 17th Street, #J345, Tustin, CA, 92780, ATTN: Order Entry.
Shipping

Upon successful completion, your order will be processed and shipped via US Priority Mail or UPS within the next 2-3 days (Please allow additional time for weekends and holidays)
Backorders/Out of Stock

If you order a product that is currently out of stock or back-ordered, you will receive an e-mail to let you know about it.
Exchanges

SwingChick can exchange defective items only if they exhibit a manufacturer defect within 20 days from the date of purchase. SwingChick considers an item as defective if it is flawed concerning workmanship or materials, not due to improper handling or fit. An original SwingChick receipt will be required to show proof of purchase.
Sale, Closeout, Promotional Items

SwingChick seeks to provide the best value to its customers. On occasion SwingChick will offer special promotions or merchandise on sale. All purchases associated with special promotions or sales (closeouts) are deemed to be final; however, SwingChick will waive this policy if the customer contacts SwingChick and explains the reason for requesting such a return. All special promotions and & Sales/Closeouts will be subject to, at minimum, the standard "Returns" Policy.

Returns

SwingChick Golf wants your complete satisfaction on every purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return the item along with a copy of the invoice for an exchange, refund, or store credit for the purchase price of the merchandise in accordance with the return policies listed below.

If you should need to return an item:
Please e-mail our Customer Service Department at returns@swingchick.com with the following information, requesting a refund or exchange:
1. Invoice number
2. Product number and/or name
3. Reason for return
4. Type of return: (Refund, Exchange, Replacement)
We will reply via e-mail with a return address and a Return Material Authorization number (RMA#), which MUST be issued prior to SwingChick accepting any returns. Packages without an RMA number cannot be accepted at our warehouse, or any manufacturer's warehouse.
5. Include the original packing slip, copy of the receipt, exchange or refund instructions and the RMA number.
6. Please make sure that the package is securely wrapped.
7. We can only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error, otherwise, shipping costs are your responsibility.


Refunds (less the shipping and handling, will be issued if items are returned within 20 days from the purchase in original, unused, unworn condition and with all manufacturer tags and packaging. Exception: All items purchased on sale or at closeout prices are subject to 'Special Promotions & Sales/Closeouts' Policy. "Original and unused" means that there are no makeup or bodily stains, scratches, marks, tears or blemishes on the item; there are no signs of wear on the merchandise or tags; and the merchandise must not have been sized or altered in any way. SwingChick cannot accept a return of any item with any indication that it has been used. Merchandise that has been special ordered will be subject to a 20% restocking fee upon return. Refunds will be in the same form of payment originally used for purchase. One exception to the form of payment refund involves credit card purchases through PayPal (an E-Bay Company that provides SwingChick's Internet merchant account and Internet credit card processing) when less than the total number of items purchased are returned to SwingChick.  All returns will require the submission of the original receipt. The purchaser is responsible for all shipping charges associated with the return of merchandise.
Items returned after 20 days will be given store credit.

Privacy Policy

SwingChick Golf believes in protecting your privacy. We will never sell, loan, rent, trade or give away your name, e-mail or address to anyone without your permission. We use e-mail to reply to your feedback, communicate with you about your orders and to let you know about special promotions and SwingChick Golf news.
